Ryan is a 2000 graduate of Center Grove High School.  During his prep career, he played middle infield, center and right field.  Graduating from Indiana State University earning a degree in Construction Management, he now owns and operates RKW Homes, Inc and RKW Realty, Inc.  Ryan and his wife Kristen, their two children Mark (9) and Audrey (12) reside in Greenwood.
